Training Regulatory Impact Assessment for Industrial Sector Regulators, for the Trade and Domestic Market Enhancement Programme – Industry & Standards, funded by the EU. Provide Training in RIA for Industrial Sector Regulators: Set out provision of training sessions to regulators in accordance with the new ERRADA Guidelines on RIA; Provision of seminars to the various stakeholders; In cooperation with ERRADA, provide training to government officials of Ministry of Trade and Industry, industry-related agencies and beneficiary lawyers and legal experts, and; development of three RIA-Scenarios on the 1. draft Industry License Law, 2. regulations on Pre-Shipment Inspections, Risk Management and Market Surveillance, and 3. the draft Metrology Law.
