Regulatory Improvement Project for the FOMILENIO II Program, El Salvador
For the duration of the Compact (2016-2020) Lead international consultant supporting the MCC Project Manager providing strategic advise and technical assistance to the Government of El Salvador, in particular to the Organismo de Mejora Regulatoria (OMR). Help define and develop funding party Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC)’s position on the design and implementation of the project; analyze FOMILENIO II’s program proposals for the implementation of the Project and make sound recommendations to MCC for improvements; assist MCC staff in developing deliverables to FOMILENIO II relating to the design and implementation of the Project, including a work plan, budget and procurement plan; develop management and organizational tools, improve operational procedures, compile and analyze data and support both internal and external reporting and communication as needed; in coordination with MCC and FOMILENIO II. Provide training on Regulatory Improvement methodologies to OMR staff.
