Regulatory Impact Assessment on the draft Law on Commercial Contracts
Deliverables:
a) A draft RIA Report for the draft Law on Commercial Contracts, prepared in accordance with the new RIA Guidelines.
b) A knowledge-sharing and capacity-building session for MOC officials and the national consultant that explains the RIA process undertaken for the draft law, including the methodology, analytical tools, consultation approach.
c) An activity completion report documenting the RIA process undertaken, lessons learned from applying the new RIA Guidelines in practice, challenges encountered, good practices identified, and recommendations to strengthen future implementation of the Guidelines, capacity-building initiatives, and the institutionalization of RIA within MOC.
