Impact Assessment Training for the Enterprise Development Programme of BP. Providing training, coaching, capability development and consulting services to nominated target enterprise. A 5-days tailored training course for the consultancy companies and freelancer experts (20 participants) on advanced methods for needs assessment and impact evaluation with focus on designing an impact evaluation mission and developing results-based project proposals etc. Detailed analysis, commentary and recommendations on three currently ongoing projects based on the project proposals and available monitoring documentation regarding the establishment of a good data collection for output/outcome monitoring and impact evaluation.
